Knowing what your passengers really think about their airport experience is certainly important, and Airport Passenger Surveys provides an easy and economical way to figure it out.  (Reading minds, of course,  doesn’t work!)   Using our touch screen survey tablets, we gather data and opinions from your passengers.  This makes it possible to accurately and confidently know what your passengers are thinking.

Traditional methods of collecting feedback—such as phone,   mail-out or clipboard surveys, create immediate challenges.  Even an online survey can be tough, since the passenger not only has to find a computer to log on to some special website in order to take the survey, but then the passenger has to accurately remember what their experience was really like at the airport days or even weeks ago.   Our touch screen surveys provide the opportunity for the passenger to share feedback while their experiences are real-time and fresh in their mind.

In our experience, we receive a 90% “yes rate” when using our touch screen tablets at an airport while conducting a survey.  That means that 9 out of 10 passengers we approach are willing to take the survey on the touch screen.  After all, people do want to share their opinions, and they feel valued when they know that someone truly cares what they think.   Plus,  it’s fast, it’s fun, and it’s even kind of cool!
