We provide the turn-key survey services for collecting feedback and passenger data from travelers.  We use touchscreen survey tablets so the respondent can easily, and anonymously,  touch their own answers on the screen.  Hence, we can more easily survey your passengers without all the traditional hassle of clipboard or phone surveys, comment cards and mail-out surveys.   Since their feedback is collected at the airport, their opinions are fresh and not recalled from a faded memory.

After planning and customizing survey questions with your Airport Staff, we administer the survey and collect feedback from traveling passengers.  A complete report, including an executive summary as well as color charts and graphs, is then provided to you.  When several surveys are conducted over a period of time, charts showing trends are included too.
